Our Ayuveda center is in a dedicqted area, covering ¼ acres comprise of Doctor’s room, four treatments rooms, 3 herbal baths, shower and herbal preparation room. Most of our medicines and oils are made by our Ayurvedic Doctor who is 5th generation in his family.
Partake in a series of primary purification and detoxification treatments covering a wide range of preventative and curative treatments. This program is designed for individuals after an initial consultation with our certified Ayurvedic doctor and will last about 2 to 3 hours daily for a minimum of fifteen days.
Each day relax and enjoy your individual meal and treatment plan created just for you. Slow down, lay by the pool, listen to the jungle, breathe and let us take care of you.

Yoga & Meditation
In today’s hectic world, we are engrossed in thoughts about something that just happened or fretting about the future, both of which have adverse effects on our health. Mindfulness is about being present in the moment and this practice leads to reduced stress, enhanced performance, gain insight and awareness of one’s self. We do various mindfulness exercises.
Our beautiful Bodhi tree (Ficus religiosa) that is steeped in Buddhist lore, will become your haven for morning and evening guided meditations. Our meditative approaches are breathing oriented meditation (such as Buddhist Satipathana meditation), which helps to concentrate and open a new perceptual channel in the mind, Meditation that develops self-awareness and consciousness (such as Buddhist Vipassana meditation) and Loving Kindness mediation (such as the Buddhist Metta meditation) which, as the name suggests, promotes kindness and compassion towards oneself and others.
At our Bodhi tree, we will also undertake a lamp lighting ceremony in the morning and evening where handmade clay lamps will be lit using a cotton wick and coconut oil, spreading a balmy warmth that every Sri Lankan family home has. Guests are welcomed to attend these activities and of course, it is complimentary.
Yoga is an ancient art of self-development, used for thousands of years for physical health, mental well-being and spiritual fulfillment. The body unites with the breath to develop the mind and spirit, creating a unified and integrated person. We offer different yoga styles including Hatha, Ashtanga, Vinyasa as well as restorative yoga at our yoga shala and at top of Pidurangala Rock.
