We live in a world that is fast-paced and disconnected to the important things in life, where we have forgotten how to come to a state of being and bliss. Our mindfulness retreat will allow you the chance to step back, gain some distance, and envelop a fresh perspective on the meaning of life. This is an opportunity to be conscious, mindful, and regain peace through spending time in nature and in breath. Mindfulness means being fully aware in the present moment, and embracing this tool will transform the way you lead your life.  By paying more attention to your own thoughts, feelings, and the world around you, you will have the opportunity to surrender and improve your mental and emotional well-being.

In this Retreat

Nurture Your Mind Body & Soul 

  • 6 Nights Accommodation

  • All organic plant based meals and drinks

  • Daily morning/evening yoga and meditation classes

  • Daily grounding, mindfulness and affirmation workshops with time for journaling and self-reflection

  • 2 full body massages (choose from abhyanga, shirodhara, foot massage, Indian head massage, sensory massage, aromatherapy massage, steam bath, or hot compress massage). 

  • Treatments including DIY dry brushing and shirodhara to cultivate greater mindfulness and intuition 

  • Ayurvedic reflexology walking treatment 

  • Pidurangala Rock excursion (sunrise and sunset hike)

  • Guided meditative walks exploring the jungle and tuning in to your senses
