This program is designed to help you reconnect with yourself by exploring your five senses through yoga, meditation, inner reflections, mindfulness and spa therapies. Learn how to use smell, taste, sight, sound and touch to revitalize your body, mind and soul. Discover our true values and open yourself to nature, manifestation and the universe. 

Our retreat begins with greeting you with a cool king coconut to quench your thirst. The orientation is then followed by a vegetarian lunch which is then accompanied by a tour of our Retreat and our Ayurvedic Garden. Each of our activities are designed to explore each sense available to us. We dedicate one day to each sense and explore our universe through that sense.
