Facilities(Relax) – Yoga – Long Description

With its roots in Hinduism, yoga has become recognised as the means of bringing balance into one’s physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Nurture your being with an hour of yoga in the morning (from 6 – 7 am) and in the evening (from 5 – 6 pm). A day that begins and ends with yoga will undoubtedly enhance the rejuvenation process at our family home. We practice Asanga yoga with a trained teacher. Yoga is practiced as a tool to relax and will suit all levels.

Both yoga sessions are complimentary.
